Weld IT's inventory management functions make it easy to manage your own inventory.
With tools for transferring goods and certificates to different projects, performing stock counts and automatically generating orders for replenishment, it's easier to have a full overview of your stock.
The warehouse can digitally mirror the company's physical warehouse with QR-codes for efficient labeling and scanning.
Efficient traceability and inventory management with Weld IT's integrated modules
Weld IT has a well-functioning inventory module that ensures easy traceability of steel and welding consumables in accordance with known welding technical and quality standards. The warehouse is fully integrated with the project module in Weld IT, enabling seamless transfer of materials and material certificates into projects. Furthermore, it automates the registration of consumed welding consumables in the welding log, including batch/heat numbers and attached material certificates.

Warehouse structure
The structure of the warehouse is flexible and can be adapted to the company's physical warehouse in terms of different locations and shelf layouts. For those who want to digitize many items, Weld IT offers a practical solution using Excel tables. These tables enable easy entry of goods and associated data, which can then be uploaded to Weld IT's warehouse module. In addition, the tables can be used to enter new product types and adjust prices.

Ordering
The warehouse module also allows you to place orders for goods from selected suppliers, upon receipt certificates and batch/heat numbers for relevant goods are registered and this information follows the goods throughout the process from warehouse to final product.

Quotations
Weld IT's inventory module also has the ability to send out quotes to customers for items that are in stock, and once accepted by the customer it can easily be turned into an order and order confirmation.

QR code
An additional functionality in the warehouse module is the use of QR codes for physical labeling of products. This makes it possible to easily pick goods using Weld IT by scanning the QR code, and then transfer the item directly to the project.

Reporting function
The reporting function makes it easy to retrieve consumption and invoice reports for projects that are integrated with the inventory module. This provides a complete overview of materials used and materials returned to stock for individual projects. The user thus has good control over the flow of goods from receipt and throughout the project phase, right up to delivery of the final documentation to the customer.
